Currently KovaiCorp has commercial offices in Venezuela and in Trinidad and Tobago (Kovai Caribbean Ltd.) The operation and training of the dealer network is centralized in the main countries of the Caribbean and North of Latin America, which will guarantee a quality service to the products that we distribute.

We have the experience and dedication of a highly trained team of professionals, oriented to satisfy the needs of the final customers with the highest quality standards. Our team comprises of Certified Engineers who can install, maintain, extend, and validate the guarantees of the equipment we represent. Kovai Caribbean Ltd, in Trinidad & Tobago has a 24-hour service support team which is supported by SAVCO Limited.
We offer solutions designed to meet the specific needs of each sector of the economy which are aimed at providing an integral service in terms of electric power generation. This includes from the technical advice, procurement, installation and start-up of the equipment to the maintenance and validation of the equipment warranty of the brands we represent, that is, all the services related to the implementation of an electrical project. We offer a wide range of maintenance services (preventive and corrective) and spare parts to pre-existing equipment. Furthermore, to extend the useful life of our customers’ equipment, we have designed a Preventive Maintenance Contract that adapts to the use pattern of the generator set and the specific needs of each client.
